Registration for IMA NATCON 2025 is compulsory for presentation. No extra fee required.
Register Now- Any registered delegate can apply for paper or poster presentation
- Scientific Committee reserves rights for acceptance/rejection
- Abstract must be original and unpublished work
- Maximum 250 words for abstracts
- English language only
- Online submission only - no physical papers

Abstracts will be peer-reviewed based on:
General Instructions
- Abstract must be original and unpublished work.
- The abstract for Verbal Paper and Poster should be brief – not more than 250 words.
- The first author will be the contact person for all correspondence about the presentation.
- Only one submission as first author will be accepted.
- All abstracts are to be submitted in English only.
- Please mention the Category for which the author is competing.
- All abstracts must be submitted via the conference website only. No physical papers are accepted.
- The title should be short and concise & must NOT be written in capital letters.
- The abstract should not contain broad statements like "The results will be discussed".
- Case reports are generally not accepted unless they bring significant and novel biological information; they will be converted to poster presentations.
- All submissions will be acknowledged by email. Please provide your current working Email ID along with Mobile number.
- By submission of an Abstract, the author transfers copyright ownership to the organizing committee for publications.
- Abstracts/papers previously published or presented at any national or international conference are not permitted.
- Use Times New Roman, Font size 12, 1.5 spacing, and justified text.
- Spelling and grammar must be checked before submission.

Guidelines for Paper Presentation
Paper Structure Headings:
- Title: Clear and concise (capitalize only first word and proper nouns) with Authors (maximum 6) details & Email address
- Introduction: Brief context and rationale for the study
- Aims and Objectives
- Methodology: Study design, setting, sample size, methodology
- Results: Key findings with relevant statistics
- Conclusion: Major takeaway and implications
- References: Vancouver style
- Acknowledgements
These headings are general guidelines. You may modify as per the need of the topic.
Guidelines for E-Poster
Technical Specifications:
- Screen Size: 52", 16:9 aspect ratio at 1080p resolution (1920x1080 pixels)
- Orientation: Landscape single page
- File Format: .jpg / .jpeg
- Font Size: Minimum 16pt, should be readable from 2 ft distance
- Font Type: Times New Roman or any other clear font
Poster Structure Headings:
- Title: Clear and concise (capitalize only first word and proper nouns) with Authors (maximum 6) details & Email address
- Introduction: Brief context and rationale for the study
- Aims and Objectives
- Methodology: Study design, setting, sample size, methodology

Design Tips:
The content of an effective e-Poster presentation should be clear, focused, and concise. Furthermore, it usually contains eye-catching illustrations, diagrams, graphs and/or photographs with clear and attractive layouts.
Awards
The decision of the scientific committee would be final. IMA NATCON 2025 reserves the right to remove from publication and/or presentation an abstract which does not comply with the guidelines.
